{"id":10624,"date":"2022-03-15T11:48:42","date_gmt":"2022-03-15T15:48:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tvusa\/filmrise-inks-deal-nicely-entertainment\/"},"modified":"2022-03-15T11:48:42","modified_gmt":"2022-03-15T15:48:42","slug":"filmrise-inks-deal-with-nicely-entertainment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvusa\/filmrise-inks-deal-with-nicely-entertainment\/","title":{"rendered":"FilmRise Inks Deal with Nicely Entertainment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FilmRise has signed a multifaceted deal with Nicely Entertainment to digitally distribute more than 20 romance and holiday films in the U.S., as well as co-produce two new films.<\/p>\n<p>Among the Nicely Entertainment films that FilmRise will distribute are the newly completed productions <em>Adeline<\/em>, starring John Schneider (<em>Dukes of Hazard<\/em>), and the romantic comedy <em>Snapshot to Love<\/em>, starring Lexi Giovagnoli and Benedict Mazurek.<\/p>\n<p>FilmRise will also co-produce and exclusively distribute two new holiday-themed movies in the U.S.: <em>Sappy Holiday<\/em> and <em>Snowball Effect<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Max Einhorn, senior VP of acquisitions and co-productions for FilmRise, said, \u201cNicely\u2019s production expertise in the family-friendly romance genre makes them the perfect partner for FilmRise to continue to grow its presence in this vertical, which includes growing our offerings of programs and building proprietary destinations in the streaming space.
