Hallmark\u2019s Crown Media Family Networks has hired Lisa Hamilton Daly as executive VP of programming.<\/p>\n
As the head of Crown Media\u2019s programming department, Daly is responsible for identifying, developing and creating impactful, top-quality, brand-building content across the company\u2019s three linear networks, as well as its SVOD service and AVOD platform.<\/p>\n
Daly is also responsible for building on Crown Media\u2019s programming strategy and diversifying the voice and breadth of the company\u2019s talent pool, both in front of and behind the camera. She will look to bring parent company Hallmark\u2019s legacy and brand values to life in new ways, including translating Hallmark IP into content that serves existing viewers and attracts new audiences.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Crown Media, Daly was the executive VP of creative affairs and executive producer at Bedrock Entertainment, where she spearheaded all business and creative functions. She also served as director of original series at Netflix, where she developed and produced programs such as Virgin River<\/em>, Sweet Magnolias<\/em>, Firefly Lane<\/em> and more.
