He will report to George Cheeks, CBS Entertainment Group&#8217;s president and CEO, and the two will work together on operational matters for the group and strategies to grow all CBS businesses.<\/p>\n<p>Rubin joined CBS in 1999, having previously served as chief financial officer of the CBS Television Network, executive VP of corporate development for CBS Corporation and chief financial officer of CBS Interactive.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBryon is uniquely qualified to more broadly lead our financial and business operations and to take on an important strategic role as well,\u201d said Cheeks. \u201cHis deep knowledge of CBS and so many critical parts of our business\u2014broadcast, production, digital, syndication, stations\u2014will be an enormous asset to our group.
