Believe Entertainment Bolsters Executive Management Team

NEW YORK: Evan Fleischer and Shane McGrath, seasoned digital industry execs, have joined the executive management team at Believe Entertainment Group (BE).

Fleischer comes on board as executive VP of brand partnerships and business development. He is charged with leading the company's key brand partnerships and distribution execution, developing new ways for brands to leverage BE's content and media platforms. He most recently served as the VP of integrated marketing and branded entertainment at SundanceTV. Earlier in his career, he was senior partner at MEC Entertainment, and VP of marketing and promotions at IFC.

"As we continue to grow and evolve the business, Evan's strategic thinking and industry perspectives, honed by his time at SundanceTV, MEC and IFC, will help push our company to greater levels in terms of our ability to leverage premium content and distribution platforms to the benefit of our brand partners," stated Dan Goodman, co-founder of BE.

McGrath has been appointed as executive VP of ad sales. In this newly created role, he will oversee the company's core sales team, including selling and building the infrastructure around the sales process. Previously, he worked for The C4 Group, where he was a partner in the media consulting practice. Before that, he was VP and head of North American sales for RedLever, and VP of sales, marketing and business development for Omnicom's Full Circle Entertainment.

"Shane will be leading the charge in building our brand partnerships," added BE co-founder William H. Masterson, III. "He is a seasoned ad sales executive with a proven record of growing product offerings and revenues, and we're thrilled to have his leadership in further building out our core sales team."

Both execs will work out of New York under Goodman, Masterson, III and Danny Fishman, who joined the company as partner last year.
