The Body Coach, is known for his unique brand of exercise and nutrition. Along with his massive social media following and having authored the second best-selling cookbook of all time, <em>Lean in 15<\/em>, Wicks brings his popular fitness plans from the digital world to TV screens, enrolling the public to join his fitness revolution.<\/p>\n<p>The range of Wicks-fronted shows will be launching for the global market at MIPTV. The one-hour <em>Joe Wicks: The Body Coach<\/em> sees Wicks train ordinary people over 30, for 60 or 90 days, to see what could be achieved when you put your mind to it. Following on from the success of this show, Wicks returns with a new two-parter, <em>Joe Wicks: The Body Coach 2017<\/em>, in which he goes in search of volunteers who are willing to commit 90 days of their lives to his regime.<\/p>\n<p>Wicks said: \u201cGetting lean and feeling great is something everyone anywhere in the world can relate to. Gone are the days of spending endless hours in the gym and eating tasteless food for weight loss. My programs show you how to combine the right exercises with the right foods at the right time to achieve the body that you want.
