He will report to Icon Films&#8217; creative director, Harry Marshall. Young joins the company\u2019s senior management team, which, in addition to Harry Marshall, includes the managing director, Laura Marshall; the commercial director, Lucy Middelboe; the head of factual, Stephen McQuillan; and the director of production, Andie Clare.<\/p>\n<p>Young is an award-winning producer with a track record of factual commissions and productions for a range of national and international broadcasters, including the BBC, Discovery, Channel 5 and Channel 4. Formerly a series producer with the BBC, specializing in documentaries and natural-history production, Young set up his own production company, Oblong Films, in 2010.
