He\u00a0is also charged with\u00a0expanding Lucky 8&#8217;s creative team in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to this appointment, Robertson was the\u00a0executive VP of creative strategy at ITV Studios America, where he contributed to the launch of such unscripted series as\u00a0<em>#RichKids of Beverly Hills<\/em> for E!, <em>Cesar 911<\/em> for Nat Geo WILD and <em>Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris<\/em> for NBC.<\/p>\n<p>Zach Perkins and Rachael Profiloski have been named directors of development. They will both help to oversee the company&#8217;s growing slate of new original series while\u00a0working under Jason Bolicki, VP of development. Perkins will manage all new internally funded development projects, while Profiloski will concentrate on all network paid development.<\/p>\n<p>Perkins has developed shows\u00a0for HISTORY, Discovery, Science, ID, Animal Planet, LMN and Travel. He previously served as senior director of development at NorthSouth Productions. Profiloski has held such positions as senior producer and director of development at Part2 Pictures, where her directing and producing credits include <em>This is Life with Lisa Ling<\/em> for CNN.<\/p>\n<p>Kim Woodard and Greg Henry, Lucky 8&#8217;s co-presidents, said: \u201cBruce\u2019s keen understanding of our industry has already proven to be a valuable asset to Lucky 8 as we broaden our development operation. His sensibility and work ethic will strengthen and enrich our programming roster. Additionally, the arrival of Zach and Rachael on Jason\u2019s team will allow further growth on his incredible successes, which include <em>Kids BBQ Championship<\/em>, <em>Behind Bars: Rookie Year<\/em> and upcoming series <em>Vinny &amp;
