Under the deal, Douglas will create, develop and produce unscripted programming to be co-produced with Blackfin in the U.S., Canada and the U.K.<\/p>\n<p>Douglas will relocate to Blackfin\u2019s office and work closely with Geno McDermott, the CEO of Blackfin.
