AMSTERDAM: Off the Fence (OTF) has made some changes within its executive team, including Ludo Dufour, current VP of sales, being promoted to managing director\u00a0of sales and co-productions.<\/p>\n

Dufour, who joined OTF in 2011, commented: \u201cIt is with great passion and enthusiasm that I take on this role. OTF has an outstanding track record and works with the best nonfiction producers in the world. It is also an inspiring place to work and I am thrilled to be leading a team of ambitious, creative and dedicated sales executives. I look forward to increasing my impact on the company’s continued success.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kurt Thorson, who has had various roles in the company since 2003, has been appointed as its new CFO. Thorson previously held various financial positions within the Canal+ group. His immediate focus will be to maximize OTF\u2019s growth and revenue streams. Thorson commented: \u201cI am excited to take on the CFO role within the company. I embrace the opportunity to rejoin an organization that I know and love while playing a key role in the strategic and financial future of OTF.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ellen Windemuth, CEO and owner of OTF, said: \u201cGenerating sustainable growth and profitability in our market means adapting to its rapidly changing needs.
