PARIS: ZED has entered into an international distribution agreement with CuriosityStream covering select recent and forthcoming productions.<\/p>\n

Under the terms of the agreement, ZED will handle international distribution for several of CuriosityStream\u2019s original productions following the exclusive screening of the content on the SVOD platform. Among the initial programs included in\u00a0the deal are Deep Time History<\/em> and Digits<\/em>, both shot in 4K, as well as Destination Pluto: Beyond the Fly By<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Deep Time History<\/em> has already been sold into the Middle East (MBC Al Arabiya), Italy and Spain (Discovery Southern Europe), the Czech Republic (FTV Prima) and Russia (Kultura TV). Digits<\/em> has been licensed to Welt 24 in Germany, while\u00a0Destination Pluto: Beyond the Fly By<\/em> went to FTV Prima in the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n

Manuel Catteau, the president of ZED, said, \u201cCuriosityStream\u2019s output is characterized by editorial rigor coupled with terrific storytelling, meaning it can reach a wide audience. In that sense, it is a perfect fit with the growing demand for scientific and historical documentaries.
