SYDNEY: Food Network Australia has ordered the culinary\u00a0and travel series Andy & Ben Eat Australia<\/em>, marking the first Food Network commission for\u00a0Parade\u2019s joint venture with Projucer.<\/p>\n The 15-part multiplatform series follows MasterChef<\/em> alums Andy and Ben as they explore Oz\u2019s contemporary cuisine and food culture. Production on Andy & Ben Eat Australia<\/em> has already begun and the series is slated to air on Food Network, part of the SBS portfolio in Australia, in February 2017.<\/p>\n Chris Keely, Food Network Australia\u2019s general manager, said, \u201cFood Network is delighted to welcome Andy and Ben, two Aussie food all-stars, to the Food Network family\u2014the happiest family on television and online. It\u2019s taken only months for Food Network to become the go-to destination for discerning audiences looking for fun and everyday inspiration based [on]\u00a0food\u2014whether it\u2019s travel, entertainment or ‘how to’ opportunities to dazzle their lucky families, friends or even absolute strangers!\u201d<\/p>\n Matthew Ashcroft, Parade\u2019s managing director, commented, \u201cWe couldn\u2019t be more thrilled to be working with Australia\u2019s leading food destination\u2014Food Network\u2014on the second installment of the Eat<\/em> series franchise.
