Abrams will collaborate with Cristall on developing programming across all genres of unscripted programming, including docuseries, lifestyle, reality and competition shows.<\/p>\n<p>Abrams previously served as director of development at Irwin Entertainment, where she oversaw live specials for NBC, including <em>New Year\u2019s Eve with Carson Daly<\/em> and <em>The Red Nose Day Special<\/em>. Earlier in her career, she was director of development at Asylum Entertainment, where she worked\u00a0on various\u00a0shows for such channels as Discovery, MTV, HISTORY, Oxygen and WE tv, to name a few.<\/p>\n<p>Cristall, who joined\u00a0GRB in March 2016, previously served as senior VP of development at Bunim\/Murray Productions and, before that, director of alternative programming at New Line Television. She\u00a0remarked: \u201cWith buyers looking for noisy programming that can resonate and break through, Danielle\u2019s robust background, coupled with her taste and instinct for disruptive content, make her a great asset to the GRB team, which is growing by the day.
