The series will document Smith\u2019s journey in search of a variety of craft beers and delicious food to accompany them. It is set to launch on Travel Channel on December 15 across EMEA and December 17 in the U.K.<\/p>\n<p>Produced by Greenberg Productions, <em>Take Me Home<\/em> will follow host and veteran CBS correspondent Peter Greenberg as he interviews top American talent from the film, television and music industries about the places they call home.
