Parade was launched in August 2015, specialized in developing, producing and distributing factual entertainment and formats.<\/p>\n<p>Station 12\u2019s managing partner, Patrick Bradley, said, \u201cMatt has a strong vision of what he wants to achieve and has built a strong team and platform.
