She will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing producers and will work\u00a0closely with the sales team to continue to expand its slate. Chuter will report to Pilar Perez, DCD Rights\u2019s head of acquisitions, who will focus on the company\u2019s drama acquisitions and co-productions strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Chuter previously served as acquisitions executive at Passion Distribution. In that role, her duties included securing new producer relationships and content for international distribution. She began her career at BBC Worldwide in Sydney and has also participated as an industry advisor for The Indielab TV Accelerator.<\/p>\n<p>Nicky Davies Williams, CEO of\u00a0DCD Rights, commented, \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to welcome Philippa to this new dedicated factual role.
