Williams, who currently stars on Freeform\u2019s original drama series <em>Dead of Summer<\/em>, will also serve as executive producer on the upcoming series.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Letter<\/em>\u00a0poses the question: If you could anonymously tell your best friend in a letter the things that he or she really needed to hear, would you do it? Each stand-alone episode sees four friends draw names and anonymously write a letter to the person whose name is selected. The letter outlines the individual\u2019s opinion of what the friend should change to better him or herself. For one week, each participant must follow the rules and instructions detailed in the letter, leading to a dramatic and emotionally charged meeting between the author of the letter and the friend who received it.<\/p>\n<p>The series is produced by Sirens Media, part of Leftfield Entertainment, an ITV America company.
