The seven \u00a35,000 ($6,624) grants are awarded to <em>Aleph<\/em> by Iva Radivojevic (Serbia), <em>Becoming Animal<\/em> by Emma Davie and Peter Mettler (Scotland\/Canada), <em>Crater<\/em> by Silvia Luzi and Luca Bellino (Italy), <em>The Evidence of Things Not Seen<\/em> by Ja&#8217;Tovia Gary (U.S.), <em>Place of Omnipresence<\/em> by Zhao Liang (China), <em>Riotsville<\/em> by Sierra Pettengill (U.S.), and <em>Shirkers<\/em> by Sandi Tan (Singapore).<\/p>\n<p>Awardee Rebecca Day, producer of <em>Becoming Animal<\/em>, said, \u201cThis has come at a crucial stage of development for us.
