The doc is slated for broadcast on ITV later this year. Twofour has already produced two documentaries about Daley as well as two seasons of the competition series\u00a0<em>Splash!<\/em>, which he\u00a0co-presented.<\/p>\n<p>Neil Edwards, senior executive producer at Twofour, remarked: \u201cIt\u2019s a privilege to have such intimate access to one of Britain\u2019s best loved and most talented Olympians. Tom\u2019s four-year journey from London 2012 to Rio 2016 is the latest gripping chapter in a story we\u2019ve all been following since he burst into the public consciousness as a young boy. As a nation we\u2019re emotionally invested in Tom Daley, and I\u2019m delighted Twofour and Tom continue to share our close relationship and will be bringing his exhilarating sporting and personal story to the screen through ITV.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Amanda Stavri, entertainment commissioner for ITV, added: \u201cTom is one of Britain\u2019s best-loved athletes and I can\u2019t wait for viewers to see his journey to once again compete in the ultimate level of sporting competition.
