It follows a group of young men at East Mississippi Community College (EMCC) training to become future stars of the NFL. The series is inspired by a feature article in <em>GQ<\/em> magazine and is a Netflix production in association with Cond\u00e9 Nast Entertainment, Endgame Entertainment and One Potato Productions. <em>Last Chance U<\/em> will debut exclusively to Netflix members globally on July 29.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFollowing the groundbreaking <em>Mitt<\/em>, we jumped at the opportunity to work again with director Greg Whiteley,\u201d said Lisa Nishimura, Netflix&#8217;s VP of original documentary programming. \u201cHe brings an honest and intimate lens to all his subjects, immediately creating a connection between the viewer and these young, complex subjects.
