The outfit was founded in 2015 by Dinah Lord and Juliet Singer. Lord is an award-winning television creative who previously executive produced at Brook Lapping, Swan Films, Silver River and Pulse Films. Singer previously developed, produced and directed factual programming for the BBC and several indies, including Wall to Wall, Silver River and The Garden.<\/p>\n<p>Keith Havilland, CEO of Haviland Digital and an independent film producer, is also backing the company and will be joining the board.<\/p>\n<p>Jane Turton, the CEO of All3Media, said: \u201cDinah and Juliet have a vision for Caravan that is really exciting. They believe in high quality, challenging and distinctive program making and when that\u2019s coupled with their passion, business acumen and sense of humor, it\u2019s irresistible.
