Autentic Distribution then markets the programs throughout Europe.\u00a0The next co-pro from\u00a0the pact\u00a0is\u00a0<em>Inside the Tsunami<\/em>, about the devastating Japanese tsunami\u00a0that struck\u00a0in 2011. The documentary is slated for delivery\u00a0in May.<\/p>\n<p>The first successful projects to come out of\u00a0the partnership\u00a0between Autentic and NHK are <em>Human Body<\/em> (a.k.a. <em>Human Life<\/em>) and <em>88 Hours\u2014The Fukushima Meltdown<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are extremely proud of this partnership,\u201d said Patrick H\u00f6rl, Autentic\u2019s managing director. \u201cScience productions from NHK enjoy a unique position worldwide. Outstanding and cutting-edge CGI, as well as incredibly thorough research, make these shows so special. With this commitment Autentic Distribution is further expanding its position as a source of high-quality documentary films.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Naoya Kato, the head of NHK&#8217;s global content development department, added: \u201cThese programs have significant messages we have to share with the viewers around the world.
