LONDON: The\u00a0premium entertainment channel W is adding two new UKTV originals to its lineup, featuring\u00a0British personalities Amanda Holden and John Bishop, for broadcast later this year.<\/p>\n

Amanda Holden fronts\u00a0the brand-new reality format\u00a0I’ve Got Something to Tell You<\/em>, which comes from Zig Zag Productions. Filmed in an English country retreat, the 6×60-minute show sees\u00a0ordinary people making extraordinary confessions.<\/p>\n

John Bishop: In Conversation With\u2026<\/em> looks on as the titular comedian conducts revealing one-one-one interviews with public personas. The 10×60-minute talk show is produced by Lola Entertainment and distributed by BBC Worldwide.<\/p>\n

Richard Watsham, UKTV’s director of commissioning, said: \u201cThese fantastic series demonstrate our ambition for W, both in terms of the extraordinary level of talent that we\u2019re delighted to be working with, and also the breadth and originality of the programs themselves. These are two very different, very exciting propositions but together they should start to create a coherent and consistent tone of voice for W\u2019s smart female audience.\u201d<\/p>\n
