The production was commissioned by Gill Wilson, the head of features for Channel 4. The series producer is Lucy Wedlock, whose credits include <em>One Born Every Minute<\/em> and <em>Come Dine with Me<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Wilson commented: &#8220;It\u2019s harder than ever to make a mark as an individual with makeup. Those we feature are pushing the boundaries to its limit, trying to create a look which is unique, shocking, utterly perfect or all three.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jane Kelly, executive producer and creative director for Big Mountain, added: &#8220;We are proud to be bringing a growing worldwide phenomenon to prime-time TV in a fun accessible new format for Channel 4.
