At this year&rsquo;s World Congress of Science and Factual Producers in Vienna, he will launch a call for projects to international producers and broadcasters for the co-development of ambitious and landmark documentary projects, thanks to a 300,000-euro investment fund for 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tPreviously, Deschamps served as the head of acquisitions and format development at Te\u00cc\u0081le\u00cc\u0081 Images, and was the head of acquisitions for programs focused on discovery and knowledge at ARTE France. He later worked at France Te\u00cc\u0081le\u00cc\u0081visions as commissioning editor within the areas of nature, science and discovery, before joining the production company Bore\u00cc\u0081ales as head of development, and ITV Studios, where he was head of production in 2011 and 2012.
