Since joining the company from Original Media, Merson has played a key role in the development and sale of several new unannounced projects.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn addition, Alison Dammann and Willis Robertson are both joining 44 Blue Productions as directors of development. Dammann joins from Relativity Media, where she most recently served as manager of development.
