The BBC has appointed Ed Havard as director of entertainment and Fiona Campbell as director of factual and will close the roles of director and editor of unscripted.<\/p>\n

\u201cEd brings to the BBC a wealth of invaluable experience,\u201d Phillips added. \u201cAt Channel 4 as head of entertainment and TV events, he was responsible for a huge variety of shows, including The Last Leg<\/em>, Celebrity Gogglebox<\/em> and the BAFTA-winning Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan<\/em>. More recently at NBCUniversal as senior VP, he has worked with multiple indies and broadcast partners, including the BBC, where he led the deal for groundbreaking co-commissions for The Traitors<\/em> and Destination X<\/em>. In a former life, Ed also worked for the BBC in senior roles across news, factual, events and entertainment.
