{"id":23768,"date":"2025-09-12T11:26:11","date_gmt":"2025-09-12T15:26:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvreal\/hat-trick-international-bolsters-health-wellness-slate\/"},"modified":"2025-09-12T11:55:41","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T15:55:41","slug":"hat-trick-international-bolsters-health-wellness-slate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvreal\/hat-trick-international-bolsters-health-wellness-slate\/","title":{"rendered":"Hat Trick International Bolsters Health &#038; Wellness Slate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hat Trick International has bolstered its slate of health and wellness titles with the addition of the Channel 4 programs <em>What Not to Eat<\/em> and <em>Do You Have ADHD?<\/em>, both of which it will launch at MIPCOM.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConversations around obesity, diet and mental health have increased markedly in recent years\u2014and quite rightly\u2014which makes <em>What Not To Eat<\/em> and <em>Do You Have ADHD?<\/em> timely as well as topical,\u201d said Sarah Tong, director of sales at Hat Trick International. \u201cFrom Hat Trick International\u2019s perspective, both titles fit well alongside our other health and wellness shows, such as Plum Pictures\u2019 <em>Michael Mosley: Secrets of Your Big Shop<\/em> and from Lune Media\u2019s <em>Do You Want To Live Forever?<\/em>, which have both sold well around the world since they launched internationally at MIPCOM last year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>What Not to Eat<\/em> is fronted by professor Tim Spector and Dr. Kandi Ejiofor, who set out to help viewers navigate the world of ultra-processed foods (UPFs). Each episode focuses on one family and their health concerns, including headaches, high blood pressure and cholesterol, hair loss, acne, stress, fatigue and joint problems. The family members are tested by Spector and Ejiofor, who help them to eliminate the worst UPF offenders\u2014many of which are marketed as low-fat, low-calorie \u201chealthy\u201d options\u2014and replace them with nutritious alternatives.<\/p>\n<p><em>Do You Have ADHD?<\/em> explores the neurological condition that has become one of the U.K.\u2019s most-searched health-related topics. Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder is a notoriously difficult condition to diagnose, and waiting lists for official diagnosis extend many years.
