Productions has promoted Emmy Award-winning producer and series developer Eli Baldrige to executive VP of development.<\/p>\n<p>Baldrige has served as VP and senior VP of development since joining the company in 2018. Most recently, he spearheaded and led the development on <em>Human vs Hamster<\/em> and <em>WWE: Next Gen<\/em>. He has also produced and developed hundreds of hours of unscripted TV shows such as <em>Welcome to Plathville<\/em>, <em>Voices of Fire<\/em> and <em>Canine Intervention<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In his new role, Baldrige will continue to lead all aspects of development to create fresh, engaging unscripted television series.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining A. Smith &amp; Co. Productions, Baldrige produced unscripted content such as ESPN\u2019s<em> Sport Science<\/em> and The Weather Channel\u2019s <em>Brainstorm<\/em>. Ha also produced several award-winning feature documentaries, including <em>The Impossible Journey<\/em>, <em>Citizen Soldier<\/em> and <em>Apache Warrior<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has been an exhilarating journey here at A.
