{"id":22477,"date":"2025-01-21T10:43:53","date_gmt":"2025-01-21T15:43:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvreal\/optomen-installs-head-of-talent-led-programming\/"},"modified":"2025-01-21T13:34:35","modified_gmt":"2025-01-21T18:34:35","slug":"optomen-installs-head-of-talent-led-programming","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvreal\/optomen-installs-head-of-talent-led-programming\/","title":{"rendered":"Optomen Installs Head of Talent-Led Programming"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Optomen has tapped former Channel 4 and Lime Pictures executive Becky Cadman for the newly created role of head of talent-led programming.<\/p>\n<p>Cadman will focus on creating new, premium, talent-driven documentaries and reality shows for the U.K. and U.S. Cadman previously served as creative director for formats and talent at Lime and, prior to Lime, spent five years at Channel 4 as a commissioning editor for factual entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>Cadman reports to Optomen joint CEOs Tina Flintoff and Nick Hornby.<\/p>\n<p>Flintoff and Hornby said: \u201cTalent-led programming has become increasingly important to our business so we are thrilled Becky has agreed to join us to focus on the opportunities in this space. She has a fantastic eye for talent and a real flair for creating entertaining and original formats.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cadman said: \u201cOptomen is a creative powerhouse with a stellar lineup of programs. They excel in creating brilliant and engaging formats and attract the most incredible talent.
