In the new show, the twins will relinquish total control of renovations to advise entrepreneurs, short-term rental owners and residential developers on high-stakes investment properties.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe look for people who need our help to reach their full potential as property investors and who we can benefit the most,\u201d said Jonathan Scott. \u201cIf we don\u2019t think our services will be enough, we won\u2019t back them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Drew Scott said, \u201cWe have a lot on the line, too. Our time, reputation and resources, which are not unlimited. We are here to support, not take the reins.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to help investors make the best choice possible, and we want to educate them along the way on what we\u2019ve learned over the years.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jonathan Scott added, \u201cWe made so many mistakes early on in our renovation and real estate careers.
