He will relocate to Vancouver to establish an executive presence at the new office.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, longtime Asylum employee James Macnab has been promoted to executive VP and will report directly to Bernstein. Previously, Macnab service ed as senior VP of content, overseeing current programming across a slate of feature documentaries, limited series and series, including <em>Shaq Life<\/em> for TNT, <em>Eli Roth\u2019s History of Horror<\/em> for AMC,<em> In Ice Cold Blood<\/em> for Oxygen and<em> Sins of the Amish<\/em> and <em>Menendez + Menudo: Boys Betrayed<\/em> for Peacock.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur new Canadian office will provide exciting opportunities for our domestic partners and introduce the Canadian broadcast market to Asylum\u2019s extensive portfolio of brands,\u201d said Steve Michaels, CEO of Asylum.<\/p>\n<p>Bernstein added, \u201cJames has been an integral part of Asylum\u2019s success\u2014he is both a well-respected producer and talented creative.
