After joining the company in 2014, he created, developed, sold and executive produced dozens of unscripted series, live events and specials, including FOX\u2019s <em>Crime Scene Kitchen<\/em>, HGTV\u2019s <em>Flip or Flop Atlanta<\/em> and more.<\/p>\n<p>3 Ball Productions has generated several unscripted hits such as <em>The Biggest Loser<\/em>, <em>Extreme Weight Loss<\/em>, <em>Beauty and the Geek<\/em>, <em>Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend<\/em> and <em>Bar Rescue<\/em>, currently in its 13th year of production.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt a time when many companies are looking to downsize and consolidate, we see huge advantage in securing Patrick to grow 3 Ball Productions,\u201d said 3BMG\u2019s CEO, Ross Weintraub. \u201cHis superpower is pairing his creative expertise developing across genres with a buyer and platform-specific approach that reflects where the market is headed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Agans said, \u201cI\u2019ve long admired 3 Ball\u2019s massive contributions to unscripted, and this is an amazing opportunity to build upon that legacy with big, global entertainment formats, character-driven docuseries and lifestyle content.
