Ricochet has named Damon Pattison, formerly the creative director of Beyond Productions, as its new creative director.<\/p>\n
Pattison will be responsible for developing, pitching and securing new commissions across all genres, from factual entertainment, specialist factual and features to returning series and formatted documentaries.<\/p>\n
Pattison will build on Ricochet\u2019s current slate, which includes The Repair Shop<\/em> (BBC); Food Unwrapped<\/em> (Channel 4); Woodland Workshop<\/em> (Discovery); The Bidding Room<\/em> (BBC); Vintage French Farmhouse<\/em> (BBC); Sun, Sea and Selling Houses<\/em> (Channel 4); Fatal Flight: Shoreham<\/em> (Discovery+); World\u2019s Most Dangerous Roads<\/em> (UKTV); Our Yorkshire Farm<\/em> (Channel 5); and Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild<\/em> (Channel 5).<\/p>\n Prior to this, Pattison was the creative director of Beyond Productions and helped set up its U.K. arm. Before that, he worked for BBC Studios and sat on the board of directors as creative director, development. He initiated and led BBC Studios\u2019 response to the competitive tendering of in-house productions and helped to retain key series such as Holby City<\/em>, Bargain Hunt<\/em> and Question of Sport<\/em>.<\/p>\n At Ricochet, Pattison will report to Joanna Ball, managing director. Ricochet is part of Warner Bros.
