She joins from Dorothy St Pictures, where she was senior VP of documentaries.<\/p>\n<p>Her credits from her time at Dorothy St Pictures include Disney+\u2019s <em>Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story<\/em>, Netflix\u2019s <em>The Devil on Trial<\/em> and Prime Video\u2019s <em>Desperately Seeking Soulmate: Escaping Twin Flames Universe<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to that, Starbuck was at Raw TV, where she executive produced the <em>Twinder Swindler<\/em>, which went on to be nominated for five Emmy Awards. Her credits while there also include <em>Reframed: Marilyn Monroe<\/em> and <em>Memories of a Murderer: The Nilsen Tapes<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI worked with Sam a decade ago and have been watching her extraordinary documentary output since then,\u201d said Sanjay Singhal, chief executive of Voltage TV. \u201cThe range and quality of her work is unrivaled. There\u2019s a reason the best creatives want to work with her\u2014she\u2019s a precise and perfect fit for us as we\u2019re expanding our factual slate and ambitions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Starbuck added, \u201cI\u2019ve always been a huge admirer of Sanjay and his work.
