Most recently, she has been working as head of production at Drum Studios and has also worked with companies such as Studio Ramsay, Pulse Films and Curious Films.<\/p>\n<p>This appointment<span class=\"xcontentpasted0\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0completes the leadership team across BBC Studios&#8217; new specialist factual productions unit, with Alan Holland as head of the unit, Abigail Priddle as creative director and Suzanne McKenna leading commercial and business development.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lee said: &#8220;I am honored to join specialist factual productions and take on the new role of head of production. I admire the teams\u2019 commitment to producing thought-provoking and high-quality programs and I\u2019m excited to be part of such a well-regarded team with a commitment to create a truly diverse and inclusive production environment.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Holland said: &#8220;I am thrilled to have El join us.
