She and her husband will share their top culinary shortcuts to help simplify cooking.<\/p>\n<p>In each episode, Leith will invite a special guest into her kitchen to cook and share one of their own favorite recipes. As they sit down to enjoy the dish, they will chat about everyday issues. This includes a school dinner chef in Sheffield that could rival a Michelin-starred chef and various heritage foodies such as the Smokin\u2019 Brothers, who are using ancient methods to smoke meat and fish.<\/p>\n<p><em>Prue Leith\u2019s Cotswold Kitchen<\/em> is being produced by Yeti Television and is set to premiere on ITV1 and ITVX in February 2024. DCD Rights is distributing the series internationally.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll in all, <em>Prue\u2019s Cotswold Kitchen<\/em> is about the things that matter to me in my dotage: family, friends, home, farm and food,\u201d Leith said. \u201cAnd I\u2019m such an egotist, I\u2019m looking forward to sharing them all with the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>ITV Entertainment\u2019s Leanne Clarke added, \u201cI am thrilled for us to be invited into <em>Prue Leith\u2019s Cotswold<\/em> kitchen for an ITV1 daytime first! Having the legend that is Dame Prue Leith on our screens from her own home every Saturday morning, sharing never-before-heard anecdotes and many of her all-time favorite recipes is a real treat that will show the culinary icon in a whole new light.
