{"id":19870,"date":"2023-07-13T11:06:57","date_gmt":"2023-07-13T15:06:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tvreal\/off-fence-sells-package-ushuaia-tv\/"},"modified":"2023-07-13T11:34:20","modified_gmt":"2023-07-13T15:34:20","slug":"off-the-fence-sells-package-to-ushuaia-tv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvreal\/off-the-fence-sells-package-to-ushuaia-tv\/","title":{"rendered":"Off The Fence Sells Package to USHUA\u00efA TV"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Off the Fence has presold<em> The Future from Above<\/em> to the TF1-owned nature broadcaster USHUA\u00efA TV, which has also bought an additional 80-hour package of programming.<\/p>\n<p>The upcoming four-parter <em>The Future from Above<\/em> focuses on how the world could look in 2050 if we embrace the revolutionary technology and thinking needed to transform every aspect of our lives.<\/p>\n<p>The series is a co-production between OTF Studios, Sky, EarthxTV and Korea\u2019s ENA (KT Skylife TV).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are unequivocally at a juncture where world audiences are demanding better storytelling on our environment, to better understand what nature is and means to us and what practical things we can all do to help tackle the challenges ahead,\u201d said Emmanuel Grinda, Off the Fence\u2019s Amsterdam-based sales executive. \u201cI\u2019m proud to say that OTF has a rich history of creating and acquiring content that answers that demand, which allows us to curate packages of programming that deliver not only what today\u2019s audiences want, but that help us understand what our planet needs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Christophe Sommet, CEO of Ushua\u00efa TV, added, \u201cIt&#8217;s important for Ushua\u00efa TV to acquire programs such as <em>The Future from Above<\/em>, which is in the channel&#8217;s DNA. To inspire people to take action, the channel raises awareness of environmental issues, with a positive approach, and by proposing concrete solutions.
