Cream Productions has bolstered its senior creative team with a series of promotions, including upping Patrick Cameron to general manager.<\/p>\n
Cameron, previously the company\u2019s senior VP of production, will now primarily focus on corporate strategy, personnel and systems operations. He has been with Cream for nearly a decade and has been instrumental in productions such as Prime Video\u2019s All or Nothing: Toronto Maple Leafs<\/em> and CNN\u2019s History of the Sitcom<\/em>.<\/p>\n Cameron also has credits on Stuff the British Stole<\/em> (CBC), Beautiful Scars<\/em>, The Story of Late Night<\/em> (CNN) and Age of Samurai: Battle for Japan<\/em> (Netflix).<\/p>\n Cream Productions has also promoted Matt MacLellan to head of production. MacLellan has served clients for Cream such as discovery+ (The Haunted Museum<\/em>, Urban Legend<\/em>, Fear Thy Neighbor<\/em> and Eli Roth Presents: A Ghost Ruined My Life<\/em>), CNN (The Story of Late Night<\/em>), Spyglass (Thanksgiving<\/em>) and Netflix (Don\u2019t F**k with Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer<\/em>). He formerly served as a supervising line producer.<\/p>\n Francine Dibacco has been elevated to supervising producer in her seventh year at Cream. She previously served as supervising line producer and production manager. She has run point for series on Netflix (Age of Samurai: Battle for Japan<\/em>), CNN (History of the Sitcom<\/em>), ABC (The Game Show Show<\/em>) and Meta (Eli Roth\u2019s Haunted House: Trick VR Treat and Be Mine<\/em>). In her new role, she will oversee a slate of series line producers.<\/p>\n Cameron and MacLellan will report directly to CEO David Brady and President Kate Harrison Karman.
