High-profile chefs from the Montr\u00e9al restaurants Le Mousso, Mastard, Arthurs, Le Virunga, C\u00f4t\u00e9 Est and Kwizinn are featured.<\/p>\n<p>The chefs featured throughout the show are Antonin Mousseau-Rivard (Le Mousso), Simon Mathys (Mastard), Alex Cohen and Raegan Steinberg (Arthurs), Marie-Jos\u00e9e and Zoya De Frias (Le Virunga), Kim C\u00f4t\u00e9 and Perle Morency (C\u00f4t\u00e9 Est) and Mike Lafaille (Kwizinn).<\/p>\n<p><em>Pendant ce temps en cuisine<\/em> is produced by Pixcom in association with Amazon Studios. It is executive produced by Nicola Merola, Charles Lafortune and Sylvie Desrochers.
