She has delivered shows to a wide range of networks and platforms, including Lifetime, VH1, WE tv, E!, TLC, Oxygen, SoulPancake, YouTube and So Yummy. She originally began her career as a department assistant at Comedy Central in advertising and marketing before transitioning into production development at MTV.<\/p>\n<p>In her new role with Hot Snakes, she will report directly to Naimah Holmes, president.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHot Snakes Media is building a team that is nimble, bold and innovative,\u201d Holmes said. \u201cAs our industry changes beneath our feet, Val brings the dynamism, business savvy and creative mindset that will help keep us a step ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVal leads with a rare and powerful combination of business acumen and creative intelligence,\u201d said Eric Evangelista, founder of \u00a0Hot Snakes Media. \u201cA passionate visionary with the operational skill set to execute, Val bridges concept to reality and helps bring important untold stories to the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Idehen added, \u201cHot Snakes is known for delivering programming that always brings something different to the table and pushes the boundaries of the status quo.
