Tin Roof Media, which houses Blink Films and Outline Productions, has promoted Rod Henwood to executive chairman following his time as non-executive chairman for several years.<\/p>\n
Henwood brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as COO of The Ink Factory, where he retains his position as non-executive director; CEO of the U.K., Belgium and the Netherlands at Banijay; new business director at Channel 4; managing director of Central ITV; and managing director of Fox Kids.<\/p>\n
Henwood\u2019s promotion reflects Tin Roof\u2019s increased growth, with Blink Films and Outline Productions in production on a slate of new and returning series for an expanding client roster in the U.K. and globally. Group turnover is forecast to grow by 40 percent this year, and hours in production have increased by 20 percent over the last year with new clients such as ABC\/Hulu, CBS\/Paramount+, Netflix and discovery+.<\/p>\n
Andrew Green, head of investments at Rockpool, the largest shareholder of Tin Roof Media, said: \u201cRod has been working with Rockpool and the teams at Blink and Outline for the last three years, and we\u2019re very pleased with what we\u2019ve achieved together in that time.
