UKTV has commissioned the observational documentary series Classic Car Garage<\/em> for its factual channel Yesterday.<\/p>\n

The series follows Colin Denton, a skilled head mechanic who opens his North London garage on the weekends for classic car owners to come and get the help they need. Denton and his team tinker with a wide range of cars\u2014from a 1931 MG M-Type Sportsman\u2019s Coupe to a 1990 Mercedes-Benz 230e.<\/p>\n

Produced by ClockWork Films, Classic Car Garage<\/em> is executive produced by Heenan Bhatti and series produced by Paul Windle. The series is now in production.<\/p>\n

UKTV also ordered a seventh season of Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled<\/em> for its entertainment channel Dave. The chat show is produced by Phil McIntyre Television, and the new season is set to debut in early 2023. Davies returns to the table to host guests from the world of comedy and entertainment, with the only real agenda being that they must create a title for the episode before it ends.<\/p>\n

Davies said, \u201cI\u2019m very excited to be back around the Untitled<\/em> table with assorted raconteurs, wits and blabbermouths old and new.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mark Iddon, commissioning editor at UKTV, said, \u201cAs Yet Untitled<\/em> is such a joy to make, and we can\u2019t wait to get Alan sat back at that table alongside a new roster of as-yet-unbooked guests.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cherie Cunningham, channel director of Dave, said, \u201cAs Yet Untitled<\/em>\u2019s laidback format is a hit with Dave viewers and it\u2019s a pleasure to welcome Alan Davies back for more.\u201d<\/p>\n
