Collective Media Group and Entourage Sports & Entertainment\u2019s Brazil 2002: The Real Story<\/em>\u00a0has found new partners in Asia, Europe, Africa, Latin America, North America and more.<\/p>\n

The film tells the story of the team that won the 2002 FIFA World Cup with six hours of unseen archive material shot by Brazilian footballer Juliano Belletti during the tournament, as well as exclusive interviews with Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Cafu and Gilberto Silva, among others.<\/p>\n

Interviews with members from the opposing teams across the tournament, such as David Beckham, Michael Owen, Oliver Kahn, Hasan \u015ea\u015f and Marc Wilmots, and referee Pierluigi Collina are also included.<\/p>\n

Roberto Carlos and Belletti\u2014both members of the winning team\u2014are executive producers for the film alongside Rebecca Knight and Claire McArdle for Collective Media Group; Mark Cowan and Paul Brighten for Entourage Sports and Entertainment; and Luis Ara for Trailer Films, who also is the director and writer of the film, with Collective Media Group\u2019s Arianna Perretta as producer.<\/p>\n

FIFA has taken the 90-minute film for its own streamer FIFA+ for territories including Asia (excluding Japan), Turkey and New Zealand. Distribution partner Abacus Media Rights scored deals with Canal+ Group for Canal+ Foot and myCanal (France); Sky Deutschland (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg); Sky Italia (Italy, Republic of San Marino, Vatican City, Malta, Capodistria, Montecarlo, Italian-speaking Switzerland); DBS Satellite Services (Israel, West Bank); Supersport Africa (Africa); NOS Portugal (Portugal, PALOPs); Movistar Plus+ (Spain); and Stan (Australia). Trailer Films negotiated a deal with TelevisaUnivision for North and South America (excluding Brazil), where the film will be part of the slate of originals coming to ViX+.<\/p>\n

These new sales are in addition to those previously announced with Sky (U.K.); Front Row Filmed Entertainment (Middle East); and Viaplay Group (for its Viaplay streaming service in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, the Netherlands, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania).<\/p>\n
