Seventeen English-language projects will receive a C$5.6 million ($4.3 million) investment, while the new French-language portion of the POV Program will deliver C$1.7 million ($1.3 million) to 11 projects.<\/p>\n<p>Production companies receiving funding through the program are based in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.<\/p>\n<p>There is still C$1.1 million ($853,000) available for French-language projects only.
