The factual label Red Sauce, a part of Zinc Media Group, has made three new appointments across development and production management.<\/p>\n

Jess Mitchell has joined the label as development producer. Coming to Red Sauce with both production and development experience, she\u2019s worked on such titles as Cardiff Productions\u2019 We Are Black and British<\/em> for BBC Two and the BBC Three Naked show The Rap Game<\/em>, as well as a number of commissions at TwoFour for Channel 4. Mitchell also previously served as development producer at BBC Studios.<\/p>\n

Jack Dargov has been tapped to serve as the development senior assistant producer. Dargov has worked in development at indies like Label1 and Crackit Productions. He\u2019s played a part in more than ten commissions in the past year, including E4\u2019s Send Nudes<\/em> and The Social Media Murders<\/em> for ITV.<\/p>\n

Nikki Nerini-Hobbs is confirmed as production executive. She first worked with Red Sauce in 2021 to line produce Red Sauce\u2019s Bargain Loving Brits in the Sun<\/em> for Channel 5. Her other credits include Long Lost Family<\/em> (ITV), Becoming You<\/em> (Apple TV+), First Civilizations<\/em> (PBS) and Catching Britain\u2019s Killers: The Crimes That Changed Us<\/em> (BBC Two).<\/p>\n

Tom Edwards, creative director at Red Sauce, said: \u201cI’ve been thrilled with the rapid growth of our label since we began just over a year ago. And we’re hoping to announce two more exciting commissions soon. So we are really pleased to be welcoming some of the brightest development and production talents to Red Sauce.
