Arrow International Media has bolstered its senior management team with the appointment of Julia Hardwell to head of talent and Kyran Speirs to head of postproduction.<\/p>\n
In her new role, Hardwell will be responsible for delivering end-to-end resourcing and talent services for all U.K. and U.S. hiring, as well as developing relationships with internal and external talent. She will also be responsible for devising and implementing training programs while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.<\/p>\n
Hardwell joined Arrow in 2019 as talent manager. She began her TV career on children\u2019s series such as Art Attac<\/em>k, Newsround<\/em> and Blue Peter<\/em>. From production manager at the BBC, she moved into talent management at ITV and then studio management, where she oversaw studio facilities for shiny floor live and pre-recorded productions.<\/p>\n In his new role as head of postproduction, Speirs will be responsible for continuing to grow Arrow\u2019s in-house post department. He will also continue the growth of partnering talent and suppliers, as well as invest in talent to expand Arrow\u2019s growing postproduction team.<\/p>\n Iain Pelling, managing director at Arrow, said: \u201cSince the very beginning, we have recognized that to make the very best content, we need to properly invest in talent and in technology.
