North One has expanded its development team in London and Birmingham with three internal promotions and the appointment of Yvonne Murray.<\/p>\n

Ben Cooper, formerly North One\u2019s head of development, has been elevated to creative director of development. Cooper, who has worked in development at North One for the last eight years, began his career at 12 Yard and has held positions at Endemol and ITV.<\/p>\n

Tom Hawgood has been upped to development executive from development producer, with Samita Sall promoted to assistant producer from development researcher.<\/p>\n

Former BBC Studios producer Murray is joining the team as development producer. She will report to Cooper and lead North One\u2019s development efforts in Birmingham, where she will work on established series and aim to expand North One\u2019s reach across regional commissioning departments.<\/p>\n
