With more than a decade of experience, Li\u2019s credits include <em>The Incredible Race<\/em> (Food Network), <em>Salvage Hunter<\/em> (Discovery), <em>Confucius Was a Foodie<\/em> (National Geographic) and <em>Playhouse Masters<\/em> (TLC).<\/p>\n<p>At Cream, Churchill-Smith will create and develop across the company&#8217;s range of genres, from premium documentaries to true-crime programming. She previously served as a researcher for Cream on the <em>History of the Sitcom<\/em> (CNN) before transitioning to a freelance writing role in development.<\/p>\n<p>Both Li and Churchill-Smith will report directly to James Farr, VP of development.<\/p>\n<p>Farr said: \u201cBoth Sahba and Jane are cornerstone additions to our team as we continue to expand our operations and cultivate our robust premium slate.
