She has been instrumental in creating TCG series such as <em>King of the Con<\/em> for discovery+.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Brozell was director of current and development at VH1, where she oversaw all aspects of new and returning programs, including <em>Dating Naked<\/em>, <em>Barely Famous<\/em> and <em>Scared Famous<\/em>. Prior to that, she served as director of development at Fremantle.<\/p>\n<p>Perse has experience as a research producer at Renegade 83 (<em>Murder by Morning <\/em>for Oxygen Media), Propagate Content (<em>City Confidential<\/em> for A&amp;E) and Dorsey Pictures (<em>Accident, Suicide, Murder<\/em> for Oxygen Media). She began her career in development at STX Entertainment and Wilshire Studios.<\/p>\n<p>Brozell and Perse will work alongside Lynn Hamilton, senior director of development.
