She meets people close to the star and builds a personal profile of her father from her own insight, reviving his legacy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am truly happy and moved by this project,\u201d said Maradona. \u201cI\u2019m thankful for the opportunity of rediscovering my father time and again and reliving people\u2019s passion for him, discovering one-off anecdotes and feeling his passion for life, his commitment with his country and his sense of justice, teamwork and sport spirit. It is a loving journey that is helping me understand him even better.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Michela Giorelli, VP of production and development for Discovery Latin America\/US Hispanic, said, \u201cThrough Dalma\u2019s intimate narration, this exclusive series produced by Discovery relives the most important moments of her life as the daughter of one of the greatest football players of all time. With unprecedented access to iconic places and people close to Diego Maradona in various corners of the planet, each moment of this story is undoubtedly filled with profound emotions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDalma invites us to walk along her father\u2019s life and her own story through a compelling and exceptional account, narrated through her own eyes as the daughter of God,\u201d added Lorena Mu\u00f1oz, director of the series.<\/p>\n<p><em>La Hija de Dios<\/em> is produced by Axel Kuschevatzky and Cindy Teperman for Infinity Hill and Karina Castellano, Helen Roca and Gabriela Galaretto for Nativa.
